All payments for the products offered by us on this website are to be made in EURO. infuture.fashion will only be able to process and honour payments made in euro.

infuture.fashion services require payment in advance. If the Client hasn’t received value from the service, they can inform about situation Patrycja Franczak via writing to contact@infuture.fashion. The participant is required to advise exactly why they don’t feel the value was provided to assist in qualifying their request and improving future services.

Each Client will get as much as they want from the service. The results are based mainly on effective communication. Return Policy – Events

This part of the Return Policy applies to Events Ticket Sales only.

ALL EVENT TICKETS SALES ARE FINAL. YOUR ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS.

Right after your purchase, your ticket is considered as “confirmed”, and it is too late to cancel.

Modification of your Order in case of the need of upgrading your ticket can be done within 48 hours from your purchase. You must submit a request to modify your order within 48 hours from your purchase by email to contact@infuture.fashion

To modify an order, please provide your order number, ticket registrant’s name and email, date, name of event and type of your ticket purchase you want to modify. While spots availability may be limited, we will do our best to process your modification request.

In case of event postponement or event cancellation by Patrycja Franczak, the participant is informed and make decision whether or not he/she would like to continue by agreeing to new date of the event, new even type or full refund.

Cancellation Policy – Online Courses

This part of policy applies to Live or Pre-recorded “non-recurring subscription-based” Online Courses.

Directly after your purchase, your course enrollment is considered as “confirmed”, and it is too late to cancel or modify it.

NO REFUNDS or NO CREDITS for the partial complete course or missed class.

ALL COURSE FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy – Subscription Service

This Cancellation Policy applies to subscription service only.

Current subscription services that are applicable to this policy are available on the website infuture.fashion/pricing and have 3 options available (basic, plus, premium).

ALL RECURRING MONTHLY (billed every 4 weeks) OR ANNUAL PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

For Cancellation of your Subscription, you must notify us before the start of next Subscription Term by email to office contact@infuture.fashion

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months or for periods in which your subscription remains unused.

The above subscription services are not an exclusive list for which the Cancellation Policy will be applicable. Patrycja Franczak reserves the rights to assign other programs and products against this policy and to update the above list without notice.
